The Real Ghostbusters is celebrating its 40th anniversary, and as Italian Ghostbusters fans, we are thrilled to see the many initiatives, events and releases celebrating this important milestone around the world.

TheRealGhostbusters.it was created by Ghostbusters Italia APS with a specific goal: to preserve and promote the Italian legacy of The Real Ghostbusters and to gather measurable interest from fans for a possible official and complete Italian edition of the animated series featuring its historic Italian dubbing.

For an entire generation of Italian fans, this dubbing became an important part of the Ghostbusters experience. Several voices from the Italian versions of Ghostbusters (1984) and Ghostbusters II (1989) also accompanied these characters into the animated series, creating a special continuity between the films and The Real Ghostbusters.

Our initiative is not a pre-order or the announcement of an upcoming release. It is an independent effort to document the interest of the Italian audience and help demonstrate that, forty years later, there is still a community hoping to see this part of Ghostbusters history officially preserved and made available again.

Over the years, we have greatly appreciated the attention that Ghost Corps and Sony Pictures have shown to the Ghostbusters community and their connection with fans around the world.

We therefore hope that our initiative can make a small contribution to the international celebration of The Real Ghostbusters and, one day, help open the door to an official Italian edition that preserves its historic dubbing for longtime fans and future generations.

From Italy, with the same passion after 40 years.
We're ready to believe you!
